Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting services or placing an order only for accounting purposes necessary to complete your transaction. We never sell, rent, or share your e-mail address with anyone. If you supply us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic e-mails from us regarding valuable information, new services, or updates to our website.

Payment Methods
Services may be paid using Visa or MasterCard when your computer service is completed. For services provided to businesses, we will accept purchase orders for payment by company check (terms n/10). In-person payments made at our location may also be made by cash or personal check.

Service Policies
We will provide you with an initial estimate for services upon your initial contact. A more precise quote will be provided after we examine your computer(s). If we cannot fix or repair your computer within a reasonable timeframe, there is no charge for our services. If we fix or repair your computer within 5 minutes of our initial assessment, there is no charge for our services.

Turnaround Time
We endeavor to service your computer as rapidly as humanly possible. Sometimes, we may have to wait for parts to be shipped from manufacturers, or there may be other delays beyond our control. Please ask at the time of service regarding the expected turnaround time.
