Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services; invoices will provide information on paying online or we can take your credit/debit card information and process it for you. Credit card payments will be processed through leading payment gateways PayPal or Square.
Refund/Credit/Warranty Policy
Customer satisfaction is #1 goal; we want you to be satisfied with our services. We warranty most services up to 7 days; we will attempt to fix your problem up to the amount that you originally paid. However, if you are still not satisfied we will work with you to find the best solution possible. We rarely offer refunds on services but account credit may be discussed. Account credit may not be cashed out but may be transferred to another party’s name upon request (see exceptions below).
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that a client no longer wishes to work with us, any pre-paid funds or account credit may not be cashed out but may be transferred to another party’s name upon request. Clients on a contract maintenance plan may, however, request a pro-rated refund minus any unbilled charges and cancellation fees detailed in the contract.
